This part of the series of how to rickroll someone using Twitter is about putting it in the description area or the bio area of your profile.If you go to your settings area which is on the top right corner of your Twitter account:
You will be able to edit your description area of your profile. There is a box which allows you to fill in your more info URL as shown:
Put your rickroll link here to get your friends and other people rickrolled! You might not want to keep it there for too long though... It will appear in your profile as shown below:
